STOW roastery is based in the town of Kamnik in Slovenia and runs its own coffee shop in the capital city, Ljubljana.
The roastery was established in 2015, and our goal was to bring some change to the coffee culture and bring in some fresh coffee into the market. We buy coffee directly from farmers or small cooperatives. We treat our coffee like we do seasonal produce. We roast it in a way that brings out its unique flavours, and because our coffee selection changes seasonally, we have completely new flavours on offer after each season!
