Karol and Anna Kraus are behind the KAAN roastery - husband and wife and parents of two children who share a common passion for coffee. Out of love for this black gold and a desire to do business together, they decided to enter the world of premium coffee and offer something unique to coffee enthusiasts. Their journey to their own roastery was full of learning, discovery and evenings spent planning together. At KAAN, they value every grain and try to offer their customers not only high-quality, but also ethically produced coffee.

Originally a lawyer, Anna brings organizational talent and creativity to the company, which gives the KAAN roastery a distinctive character.
