Somehow we didn't get on a common note in all the time with this limit and I tried V60, Chemex
I didn't find any taste or scent that would make me want to buy again, unfortunately. Maybe it will fit someone.

I bought them as espresso beans and most of the packaging (unfortunately) fell on them. The espresso was extremely strong, I didn't like it. In the cappuccino, the taste softened, but still such a fruity aftertaste could be felt (I say taste on purpose). So I bought other grains and tried to filter them. The fruity aftertaste disappeared and a very pleasant, interesting fruity coffee remained.

An unusual flavor profile
Juicy acidity reminiscent of natural wines
Beautifully roasted, as we are used to from Pejské
You don't always taste such a combination
I think that the idea of a limited edition once a year is captured well and by "something different", I recommend it.
The acidity can be too strong for some
When tasting coffee for the first time, the profile may surprise you a bit. However, once you know what to expect, you will enjoy your coffee very much.

Quite a strange taste, as if the coffee was somehow defective.
Really strong acidity
Recipe
I tried it for espresso and it didn't work, it's probably good for other types of preparation. I'm sorry for the rating, all the dachshund coffees so far have been excellent.
