I already bought a second time
Excellent standard. If someone likes super sour espresso, it won't offend them, and if someone likes Italian, it will pleasantly surprise them. I prefer the former and I still like it :)

Of course, it depends on the coffee machine, the ratio of 18.5g in and 37g out in approx. 24 seconds worked for me :)
