The coffee is pleasantly soft.

The citrus flavor is definitely present and reflected in the mild acidity. I'm not a big fan of acidic coffee myself, but here I have to admit that it's very well balanced

I didn't expect much from it, but I'm pleasantly surprised :)g

I was preparing for the V60
22g of coffee
360-380 ml approx. 93 °C
