I believe that making a clean and sweet cup is a matter of preparation. Don't let my rating put you off.
It's good when it works, but it's nothing to write home about.
I think this coffee is more complicated to prepare.
I poured two-thirds of the package down the sink before I could make a clean, sweet cup.
Very sensitive to water temperature.
I do not recommend for recipes that use boiling water, eg Hoffmann.
Recipe
There wasn't enough left in the package to perfect the recipe, but using April Coffee's recipe for V60 and Mugen with water at 90 and 90, respectively. 91 degrees I managed to get some nice clean and sweet cups.

Preparation method: Hario V60 (by April Coffee)
Coffee (g): 12
Water (g): 200
Water temperature: 90
Grinder (settings): 30 (Comandante C40)
Process: 4 infusions of 50g each. The pause between infusions is 30 seconds. Do not stir do not shake.

Preparation method: Hario Mugen (by April Coffee)
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 91
Grinder (settings): 20 (Comandante C40)
Process: 1x300g - Pour all the water into the dripper within the first 15 seconds. The water draining should take about 90 seconds. Do not stir do not shake.
