The Suke Quto farm, located at an altitude of 1800 to 2200 meters, is home to Ethiopia’s indigenous coffee varieties. The harvest, which took place in January and February 2023, is carefully carried out with a focus on maintaining the highest quality. Suke Quto farm is known for its commitment to sustainability and supporting local communities. This coffee is not only delicious but also an ethical choice, supporting traditional coffee farming methods in Ethiopia.

The coffee is processed using the "honey" method, which is essential for achieving its unique profile. This process starts with the careful handpicking of the best ripe coffee cherries, which are then depulped, leaving some of the sweet mucilage on them. The cherries are then spread on drying beds, where they slowly dry under the African sun. Thanks to this meticulous processing, the coffee releases rich sweet and floral tones that make each cup an unforgettable experience.
