My name is Claudia Sans and I can say without hesitation that coffee has always been a part of my life. I decided to formally educate myself in this field, and this allowed me to deepen my knowledge. Respect is a central pillar for me. Respect for the hands of the farmer at the place of origin, who grows coffee and takes care of the terroir, respect for the relationship with the person who sends me coffee to Barcelona, and for the taste profile of coffee roasted to perfection. I work this way, I've always learned it, and it always accompanies me, no matter where my orbit takes me.
Roastery Orbita is my way of getting closer to consumers, applying my existing knowledge and at the same time creating a culture of constant rotation and change. This approach allows me to expand our roasting profiles in collaboration with Jorge Verdú Añon - Orbita's Chief Roaster and Co-Pilot. Jorge is responsible for achieving a sensory experience that is able to represent all the careful work in the country of origin. By creating roasting profiles for each coffee, we gain consistency, which ensures fewer differences in your cup. We are a young team with a strong foundation that informs and teaches every day. We are excited to be able to expand, grow together and constantly strengthen our knowledge of coffee.
