Pleasing and fun taste

Nice fruity Ethiopian Natural
Longer extraction as expected for a natural Ethiopian with a lot of fine, longer extraction time doesn't define if coffee is good or not
Classic profile and juicy
I am not bothered by it but longer extraction time than other coffees which is to be expected

I hate to write reviews, but this time after the reviews of others I have to. Coffee has its potential, but the roughness and thus the length of extraction must be set correctly. It is not a simple coffee for preparation, she wants to play with her a little.

Interesting taste
As many have mentioned, coffee is more demanding to prepare, you need to set up the Grind Size correctly
I was expecting a better taste

Classic, package :-)
This was not really successful, the grains are incredibly hard and grind them in the hand grinder. Worse, however, because of the grinding, there is a large amount of dust, which quickly seal the filter and the extraction then takes 10 minutes, so the coffee is non -free. I will try to remove dust through a fine colander, but I highly recommend to reach elsewhere. This is the first trouble I bought from Dak.

The first pack of coffee where I couldn’t find a right grind size for V60. The extraction time on any grind size, even with very coarse one is way longer than regular 3mins
