Method Coffee Roasters is a British roastery, that roasts its coffee with passion, pride and respect for everyone that makes exceptional quality possible – from seed to cup.
Working directly with specialist farms and co-operatives we offer carefully selected and exclusive lots of coffee. Sourcing in the most sustainable and socially responsible way that we can is always our starting point – all the green coffee we buy is ethically traded and fully traceable. By paying a price that recognises the quality of a coffee we can reward each farmer accordingly and help build a sustainable industry.
We believe by sharing our experiences and relationships with the amazing people behind our products we can help connect everyone involved to help build a better industry. Our promise is to source coffee of quality and provenance, to help bring farmers and coffee drinkers closer together.
Proudly independent with a community focus, we operate out of our Roastery Cafe where we share the best coffees from Latin America, Indonesia and East Africa. Roasting for ourselves and our wholesale partners we take care with every batch of beans we produce, all carefully prepared on our vintage Probat coffee roaster.
