About Hard Lines
The Hard Lines roastery comes from the UK and they stand out with their crazy packaging.
We select, roast and serve great coffee that comes from sustainable sources with the goal of building long-term relationships right at the origin. We believe that what we are trying to build is more than just good coffee. We aim to keep it fresh, fun and not too serious all the time.
The site where we roast, pack and ship all our coffee is located at the foot of The Garth and is an ideal location for walking, running or cycling. You can even see the castle from our doorstep! Although the main purpose of this place is roasting, we wanted to invite our customers to see the roasting process, so we are currently setting up a grab-and-go takeaway bar to serve the local community and people who happen to be in the area.
Hard Lines has always strived for more than just good coffee. It's about relationships, quality, design and fun! We roast the tastiest coffee we can find, full of flavor and always seasonal. We try to roast in such a way that the quality of the green beans we buy stands out! Our packaging is flashy and vibrant, and our design is detailed, fun and playful. Our idea was that coffee should always be tasty and easy. To introduce great coffee to those who haven't encountered it yet, but also to offer something to coffee lovers. Our story doesn't end there as we have three very different locations around Cardiff where you can enjoy our coffee in a roastery, a market stall or the Canton Cafe, where we always aim to offer a tasty drink together with quality, knowledgeable and attentive service. A relaxed atmosphere where our exceptional staff can take care of you.
The relationships, friends, staff and customers we've had the privilege of meeting on our journey so far are incredible, Hard Lines will mean coffee to many people, it's coffee to us and so much more. It's been a wild ride so far and we can't wait to see what the future holds.
