About UE Coffee Roasters

UE Coffee Roasters is an independent family business that is forever curious and ready to change the way coffee is served. It comes from Great Britain, where it is very popular near Oxford.

Founded by Dominic and Daniella Boyett in 2009, their mission was to offer great coffee while making it accessible to everyone. They have spent the last decade or more learning, working hard and building something more than just another coffee brand. Ue Coffee Roasters is more than the sum of its parts, they have learned that to make a company great, it takes a team with passion and commitment to excellence. In addition to the two founders, the team also includes Aaron Torres, who is the master roaster and licensed Q grader.

In this roastery, they believe that their people are far from being just cogs in the wheels of the coffee industry. They nurture talent and emphasize honing the skills and craft of each member of the broad team. This helps serve their customers and business partners alike, and is reflected in everything from their manufactured products to their values. And why do they focus on specialty coffee? They believe in fair rewards for their partners and help in improving their living conditions. One of the other big goals of this roaster is the overall sustainability and elimination of the carbon footprint. Based on this idea, they use recyclable packaging for their grains. At the same time, they use the most modern technologies for efficient use of energy in their work and invest a lot of time in environmental education not only for their employees, but also for suppliers and customers.

For roasting purposes, UE Coffee roasters are equipped with the latest Giesen roasting technology in three systems from a 150g laboratory sample roaster, a 15kg small batch roaster to a 30kg commercial roaster. Their master roaster has spent years perfecting the ideal roasting profiles for each of their selection of coffees and blends, but they leave nothing to chance. Each batch is carefully monitored using digital profiling, which allows the consistency of each batch to be maintained while ensuring that it hits the "sweet spot" every time, the split second where body, sweetness and acidity are balanced in perfect harmony.
