About Concept Coffee Roasters

Concept Coffee Roasters started coming to life in the year 2014, the roastery in 2015 and you could get a taste of our first coffee in the beginning of the year 2016. Since opening the roastery, we have been working non-stop to enhance the effectiveness of our processes and improve the quality of our products.

The man (and co-owner) that stands behind the selection of green coffee beans, profile creation and the roasting itself, us Peter Dvorsky.

When we roast, we always try to keep up with the newest trends and technological advances. We strictly roast only single origins and specialty grades - specialty coffee. We only work with responsible coffee sellers and we supplement/change our offer every 2-3 months.

I thought that nothing could beat barrel aged from Darkwoods - so I was terribly wrong. :D It was this coffee that knocked her out of the top spot, which she held for 3 years! :)
The beans smell like whisky, after grinding, just like eggnog - it was clear to me right away that it would be a very strong, spicy taste.
The resulting cup has a really strong alcoholic touch, it tastes like bourbon with a light juicy finish of red apples.
It probably won't be a coffee for everyone, because it's really very aromatic and full of flavor, but I really liked it.
