Great coffee... that smooth, clean taste, unobtrusive and yet got under the skin...
There are coffees when the first sip causes a spontaneous wow, there are coffees that have a dominant taste that pleases and there are coffees that are a silent companion, not requiring your attention and yet win you over...
it's a joy to be in the company of this coffee, it's a joy to play with it and try different methods, different weights and yet it's always fun; every time there were slightly different flavor nuances from it, with the impossibility of choosing which one is tastier...
from V60 4:6 T. Kasuya - those delicate blueberries... from V60 Osmotic Flow - that playful juicy "acidity"... from Chemex - that fragrant honey...
humble, gentle, pure, sparkling, balanced, playful...
many thanks for this coffee and that the omni label was wrong; otherwise I would have missed her and lost a lot...
