Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 240
Water temperature: 90° celsius
Grinder (settings): medium-fine (18 clicks on Timemore slim)
Process: 50g bloom (40 secs), then add 70g (=reach 120g), then slowly to 240g
