A very different and at the same time delicious taste compared to other coffees
As I don't like liqueurs, here I don't mind the taste complemented by rich chocolate at all and on the contrary I enjoy it a lot (This is how I would imagine the taste of Mon Cheri candies, which I don't like)

What a coffee, what a kick - I hereby officially promote DAK to my current favorite roaster!
A wonderful cherry-chocolate-liquor aroma.
Full body, very pronounced taste of cherries in nougat. After it cools down, the sweetness of raisins and plums comes to the fore, I sometimes smell vanilla as well.
Really excellent coffee, which is the perfect Christmas limit for its uniqueness! And somehow I can't decide whether the first limit was better or this one - both are perfect.
Recipe
Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 20g
Water (g): 300ml
Water temperature: 94°C
Grinder (settings): Timemore Chestnut C2 (22 clicks)
Process: blooming + 2 pours
