The founder of Trevo Coffee Roastery is Andrea Trevisan and has over ten years of experience in the coffee industry. His journey into the world of coffee began as a child, when his father Roberto initiated him into the secrets of espresso preparation. Andrea has worked as a barista, brand ambassador at international trade shows, product developer for a large Italian roaster and as a certified SCA trainer for barista skills and roasting. Now he brings his wealth of knowledge and passion for coffee to his own roastery in Bregenzerwald.
Their aim is to offer the highest quality coffee that reflects respect for nature, honest craftsmanship and a balance between tradition and innovation.
