About Good Times Coffee
FRESHNESS, QUALITY, CONSISTENCY. This is the motto of Good Times coffee roasters in Bratislava. As these words already suggest, the main goal of roasters is to bring you, coffee lovers, only the best in the world of selection!
How did they get the choice coffee? It was all driven by a long-term passion for working with selected types of coffee, which constantly pushes individual members of the roastery forward in discovering the best that farmers from around the world can offer. The quality of the origin of the coffee definitely matters! That's why the roasters at Good Times carefully select the most delicious coffee beans for you. Next, they try to get the best out of their beans by roasting them. The entire team of experienced roasters does not sleep and, on the contrary, constantly educates themselves in the field of roasting and applies the latest approaches of the best in the world of selected coffee.
How did the name come about? Very intuitively. At the roastery, the totír simply believes that coffee should be enjoyed in peace and in the presence of loved ones or friends, no other phrase than Good Times could describe this moment better. However, it should also be accompanied by a unique taste experience. Cheers!
Specifically, their journey began in 2013, when in the Australian city of Sydney they experienced the real gastro - life in a cafe (in several). It was at that time that the passion for coffee was ignited! After more than two years of working in the best cafes in Sydney, they gradually thought of returning to Slovakia and opening something of their own. After returning in 2015, when the Bratislava coffee scene was experiencing a boom, they opened their own cafe. After several months of searching for a quality coffee supplier, they subsequently decided to start roasting their own coffee (and it was the right choice).
The Good Times Coffee roaster is also an advocate of choosing only coffees with a clear origin and complete information about the farm, processing, variety, altitude, etc. The whole process, despite its complexity and demand, is their daily routine, without which they could not imagine their day. After all, can you imagine yours without your favorite cup of coffee?
