This coffee is literally sunshine in a cup! The Etiopia Bekele Suse from Diamond's Roastery comes from the fertile Ethiopian mountains, where it matures at an ideal altitude of 1920 meters above sea level. Thanks to natural (dry) processing, it highlights its distinctive fruity notes, sweetness, and delicate floral elegance. The first sip greets you with juicy berry fruits and ripe peach, beautifully complemented by chocolate sweetness and floral tones. This coffee is perfect for filter brewing, where its complex flavor develops beautifully!

Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee, and this bean is proof that tradition and quality still go hand in hand. This batch comes from the farmer Bekele Suse, who tends to his crop with the utmost care. The coffee grows at high altitudes, which slows down its ripening and allows the bean to develop a rich flavor profile full of complex notes. The JARC 74158 variety, developed by Ethiopian experts, carries intense fruitiness and a beautiful floral aroma, typical of the best Ethiopian coffees.

Natural or dry processing means that the coffee cherries are left to dry whole in the sun, allowing the maximum sweetness and fruity notes to be absorbed into the beans.
