Thanks to this collaboration, local farms have received international awards such as the Good Food Awards and the Gold Bean Awards.
This is a coffee from the regular Natural Process range, a more traditional approach that still shows the same care and precision. This coffee is grown at an altitude of 2,350 metres in the Murago highlands and processed using the natural method. This involves slow drying in the sun on raised beds, with the coffee being rotated regularly to prevent mould and unwanted fermentation.
