Round Hill Coffee Roaster is located in the south-west of England and was founded in 2012 by Eddie Twitchett. The philosophy of the roastery is based on the main goal of respecting the coffee bean from its origin all the way to roasting. The coffee has a very pleasant taste and aroma of strawberries.
Rather sweeter, with practically zero acidity, so I recommend it to those who don't like acidity in coffee.
I prefer "juicier" coffees, so it is not among my top favorites, but I can still recommend it with peace of mind. :)

Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 25g
Water (g): 370ml
Water temperature: 94°C
Grinder (setup): 22clicks Timemore Chestnut C2
Process: 50ml (blooming 30s) - up to 250ml (stir) - the rest
