About Spojka Roastery Co.
The Spojka roastery was founded at the end of 2022 in December, when the first fragrant coffee beans were roasted on the premises of this roastery. Based on the great demand for selected coffee and a roastery in eastern Slovakia, head roaster Viktor Štefančík decided to show what a true selection is and together with his team, in addition to a new modern roaster, he also set up a cafe. The team is targeting select coffees around the 85 SCAA score, but they are starting to get select coffees with higher scores as well, so there is a lot to look forward to with this roaster!

Our roaster Viktor Štefančík is a former barista who regularly represented Prešov coffee shops at the Slovak championship and even at the world championship. That's why, as a roaster, we approach the selection of coffee with passion and love. Since the opening of the roastery, our entire team has been working hard to improve the processes and quality of our coffee. Step by step, our roastery is getting better and better for you, the customers, and we wish it to bring you the best selection coffee experience. Let's get started to look for exceptional coffees that will appear in our menu in the near future."
The roaster and owner Viktor is responsible for ordering and searching for cabbage grain. He tirelessly searches for different suppliers and tries to get quality coffee from all over the world to your table and into your coffee machines. Clutch Roastery co. the coffee shop with a roastery is located in Prešov in the east of Slovakia near the Torysy river. It is certainly worth a trip to Prešov, because in a beautiful modern cafe you can enjoy your own roasted coffee from a cup, but you can also take it home in packets. Baristas will prepare your coffee using quality equipment, from coffee machines to grinders. We will be happy if you return to our products and coffees with joy and pleasure, and we will work tirelessly on this.
