I eventually managed to get a hint of the fruity flavor from the profile, but it was a struggle.
Coffee too roasted for the filter
Sharp to unpleasant taste, it took a lot of experimentation, in the end extremely coarse grinding and low temperature plus more water to make the coffee tasty

For me, an uninteresting coffee that I simply don't look forward to
rough, uneven taste (preparation V60)

Nice packaging and that's it.
Very dark roasting and suppression of fruity notes.
I don't think it's quite suitable for a filter.
Average coffee.
The price certainly does not match the quality.

the roast is already quite dark on me
I expected more "funky", but so far it "won't offend, won't excite". I will try other recipes
