About Oven Heaven
Our seasonal selection of selected coffees is made up of lots selected according to strict criteria and carefully roasted in our roastery near Bordeaux. Our coffees have a minimum score of 84/100 for espresso blends and 86/100 for single-type coffees (according to the SCA rating system).
Our approach to roasting guarantees optimal freshness and taste experience, with respect to the terroir. We are trying to uncover the potential that the men and women who grow coffee have given us. We are experienced professionals in the coffee industry and we want to take you on a journey of discovering selected coffee. We hope that this will make the industry in which we work a little more virtuous, tasty and fun every day.
Our roastery, led by Dimitri Grodwohl, roaster and coach Barista Hustle, strives every day to deliver on the promise of a clean, sustainable and unique cup. Due to quality and transparency, we buy microlots, ie coffee in very limited quantities.
