I really enjoy the coffees from this roaster and this one is no exception!
Light, fresh and at the same time full of flavor, it caresses the tongue just like the declared red velvet cake!
Balanced sweetness, very low acidity - ideal coffee for those who prefer milder tastes.
I really like this coffee, I will definitely buy it again and I can recommend it with all ten!

Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 20g
Water (g): 310ml
Water temperature: 95°C
Grinder (setting): 22 Timemore Chestnut C2
Process: 40ml blooming - 160ml - 110ml
