The processing is washed, featuring a meticulous 48-hour fermentation process. After removing the pulp, the beans are thoroughly washed and then dried on shaded African beds for a full 22 days. This prolonged, careful drying process accentuates delicate notes of milk chocolate and fruity juiciness, ensuring a beautifully clean and complex cup.
