Speciality Coffee Roasters from the North of Czech Republic.

We know that coffee isn't just about your daily caffeine intake. We also know that it goes a long way before it gets to our cups. From the planting of the seedling to handpicking of ripe fruit, washing, peeling, meticulous drying, and finally packing into jute bags so that the beans can head on their way across the ocean into Europe. We know it's a lot of work. 

It may seem, that the rest is as easy as just roasting and selling. But the journey doesn't end there. We know that after making a cup of coffee, the whole process needs to be appreciated. It deserves it after such a long journey. We know how much hard work goes into it, and we know our coffee, its taste and its origins.

A fruity taste that I know more from Ethiopian coffees
Great espresso coffee and delicious on the V60 too

Too little acidity for me personally
Recipe
Too bad the coffee is roasted for espresso. From my experience, I recommend for alternative methods (french press or V60) to use slightly colder water than completely boiling, so the flavors stand out more.
