Cogito Coffee is an independent, coffee and quality controlled roastery, founded in 2014 in Zagreb, Croatia.
We strive to be active participants in the development of the local and regional coffee scene. We care about the quality of every batch we roast and every cup we serve. The choice of coffee is very consistent, we emphasize its seasonality and origin. In this way, we want to create a community of coffee lovers who are always ready to try something new and exciting.
