I didn't enjoy it somehow
I found it rough, so "unsophisticated".

Great, balanced taste with hints of pleasant acidity.
Limited availability. But that's also a Pro as it makes it a bit more special.
Recipe
Method of preparation: DF64V + Lelit Bianca, Weber blind shaker + slight WDT of the top portion of the puck
Coffee (g): 19
Water (g): 40
Water temperature: 98 Celsius (in reality ~93 as per Lance's review of the machine and the nature of E61 machines in general)
Grinder (settings): Grind size 18 on the DF64V
Process: Espresso on Lelit Bianca at full flow without preinfusion or any flow profiling throughout.
Note: 35C room temperature so the recipe will need to be adjusted for more "normal" living conditions.

This is one of the best barrels I've had so far
A perfectly balanced sweet taste with a subtle underline of acidity in hints
Aging emphasizes the notes of vanilla, both in taste and aroma
I don't smell much pineapple there

Super fragrance - barrel
On the umpteenth attempt, I managed to knock down the acid
A little more sour for my taste, but it can be picked up by the method of preparation (The fault is more with me)

Yes! The best barrel is made by HAYB, I've been waiting for it since the Christmas limited edition
I'm ordering a second pack, I refuse to drink anything else in the summer
The Christmas one was more fancy, but the taste of the barrels from HAYBU among the available coffees in our country really doesn't match
