We are a young coffee roaster from Frankfurt am Main with one coffee shop each in the new old town, Nordend and the Westend campus of Frankfurt University. Our mission is to change the world of food and gastronomy to be more sustainable, friendlier and fairer.
We are producers of fine specialty coffee and handmade pastries who strive to do excellent work for all parties involved. A friendly and cooperative atmosphere is a prerequisite for this. We invite our customers to become part of this culture through open and welcoming interaction. All the while, we want to create excitement, curiosity and awareness about our everyday ambitions and the stories behind our products. This effort is made possible by the maximum possible transparency and the introduction of the latest innovations, methods and products. Our goal is to significantly influence the food industry on its path to true sustainability."
Our stated goal in roasting is to best reveal the taste character of the best green coffees from around the world. Good coffee starts long before it reaches our roastery in Frankfurt, as the taste and quality of the coffee beans are already permanently affected during cultivation and harvesting. In this way, we continue the dedicated work that has already been done and bring the aroma of various varieties of coffee to the cup.
