About Café Mokxa

Café Mokxa is a French roastery founded in 2011 in Strasbourg.

We focus on the entire chain, from coffee manufacturers to the cup. Careful selection of green coffee from farms and / or importers, their roasting methods, training and support for perfect coffee extraction oblige us to offer you a range of quality coffees.

On all our packaging we present important information that makes each coffee exceptional: origin, producer, variety, altitude, processing method, year of harvest, taste profile and roasting date.

Our roastery is certified by EcoCert for the preparation of organic products.

We pay great attention to the selection of grains, either at our importers or directly at the producers. All our coffees, 100% Arabica, come from sustainable or organic farming.

Because coffee is an agricultural product that is determined by climate, soil type, botanical variety and altitude, our range changes throughout the year. We only work with coffees that have received a tasting mark higher than 84/100.

We go to the plantations every year to strengthen our relationships with growers and get even more involved with this exceptional product. Our approach is to work with cooperatives, farms and export partners. We guarantee producers a reward that is much higher than the market price; a fair price that allows them to invest, pay their workforce better and plan ahead.
