Preparation method: Aeropress
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 230
Water temperature: 95-100 °C
Grinder (settings): Timemore C3, 13 clicks
Process: Aeropress Flow control, 30g of boiling water, 30s bloom, add 200ml and cover at 1 minute, mix briefly after a minute and cover again, start press at 3:00, finish around 3:30
