Preparation method: V60 (Hoffmann)
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250
Water temperature: approx. 94 °C (waiting 2 minutes after boiling the water in the kettle has worked well)
Process: ad 30 g H2O, 30″ blooming;
ad 150 g H2O, 20″;
ad 250 g H2O, 20″, final swirl
