Complex. A very wide range of flavors at any temperature. I love.
All mentioned taste notes are clearly felt in the coffee.
Very "fast" coffee that does not hold water well. Finding the right combination of dripper, filter and preparation to avoid the acidity typical of insufficient extraction takes some work, but the result is worth it.
