Very delicious coffee, the flavor profile matches exactly.
The bubblegum is very noticeable and the coffee is very beneficial.
That it was a limit and it's not anymore :)

Water (g): 400
Water temperature: 90 - 92
Grinder (settings): eta expert level 10 and 11
Process: 3 pours (first approx. 50 g, second after 30 and third after 45 sec for approx. 175 g)
