Pleasant fresh taste, lemon tones
Interesting scent
Even if you play around with the recipe, it almost always tastes good
Recipe
Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 12-15

Grinder (settings): Hario MSS-1 (8 clicks)
Process: I tried different recipes from 12 to 15g of coffee. Bloom according to coffee 36-60g, 30 sec, top up the rest. In all cases the coffee tasted good.

This is my first ever selection of coffee in my life, so I'm no expert, but I'm super excited about it anyway. It changed the way I look at coffee when I don't use supermarket coffee at home. It is as the label suggests, more sour, after grinding it smells like.. yogurt? :) I probably won't say more, but it tastes fruity and sour, as I wished, and after 21 years of bitterness, it's a very, very beautiful experience. Take my money worth every penny.

Water temperature: 95? I'm guessing it will cool down for a few seconds before I heat the filter :D

Process: James Hoffmann saved my ass with his v60 tutorial to make a decent cup of coffee.
