About Quo Coffee
Quo Coffee is a Swedish roastery based in the town of Skärhamn, which began roasting in December 2024. The roastery aims to discover and showcase exceptional coffees from around the world. It focuses on carefully selected coffees from farmers who prioritize quality and sustainability, offering an authentic taste experience.

The founding of the roastery was driven by the desire to challenge the status quo in the coffee industry—both in the commercial and specialty sectors. Quo Coffee strives to improve the entire supply chain with an emphasis on transparency, consistency, and quality. Their roasting process is tailored to each coffee to highlight its unique characteristics. The team currently consists of three people. The head roaster and CEO is Christian Gullbrandsson, working alongside Sarah Gerlam Madura and Hayden Moyle.
The roastery’s mission is to support the farmers they collaborate with and to raise the standards of specialty coffee. Every step—from sourcing green coffee to the final roast—is carried out with a focus on sustainability and creating a long-term positive impact on the entire coffee ecosystem. Instead of empty promises and marketing slogans, Quo Coffee aims to be honest about the challenges surrounding sustainability and transparency. Aware that the coffee industry remains unsustainable in many ways, they prefer to openly discuss areas that need improvement rather than boast about their achievements.

Although Quo Coffee, being a young company, has yet to earn any awards, its innovative approach and commitment to quality position it among the notable roasteries in the specialty coffee world, with a promising future ahead.
