Complex, balanced, harmonious

Each method gives slightly different results, the filter is perhaps the best
The temperature must be carefully monitored, otherwise it will lose its balance
Recipe
Preparation method: Hario V 69 filter
Coffee (g): 10 g
Water (g): Soft 0.001. 120 ml
Water temperature: 92 degrees Celsius
Grinder (settings): Hario V60 Electric Grinder, grit 20
Process: 30 sec pre-boiling, 140 sec filtration
