The best coffee I have ever had - one can smell and taste peach and its freshness, having at the same time the decent cup of coffee. Absolute masterpiece

Method of preparation:
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250
Water temperature: 96
Grinder (settings):
Process: pre-infusion up to 50g of water till 30-45 sec
Up to 150g of water (in total) up to 1m30
Up to 250g until 2m or slightly above
