About Man Vs. Machine
Man vs Machine is a German roastery founded in 2014. From day one we have been independent. No investors, just us. And our main goal was, is and always will be quality over quantity.
We love anything with great design and good magazines, so we're honoured to be mentioned in few of them, such as Monocle Magazine, Monocle Travel Guide, Elle Decoration, Vogue.com, National Geographic and many more. We have been lucky enough to cooperate with brands such as Artek, Nudie Jeans, Menu CPH, Peak Performance and more. We've also been chosen as the suppliers of coffee for the Munich TEDx. We're also quite fond of 90s hip hop, and we love our vegan banana toast.
What else?
What roaster do we use: Probat
Our roasting style: some say northern, some say light
What we say: balanced and sweet
What machines do we use: La Marzocco
Who made our logo: Jon Contino
How many tonnes of coffee do we roast a year: we consider ourselves a micro-roastery.
What about quality: we do a cupping score for after each roast.
P.S. Man vs Machine means "person versus machine." Not "male", but I guess you've already realised that.
