Beautiful aroma of red wine
Chocolate and caramel notes develop best at a temperature of around 60 degrees
Recently one of the Top 3 tasted coffees
Lighter roasting. Next time I'll try pouring boiling water straight away, as Hoffman recommends for light coffees.

Already during preparation, I could smell a strong wine aroma from it, the resulting coffee has a very strong liqueur aroma and taste.
When it cools down a bit, the caramel and chocolate flavors come to the fore.
A great autumn coffee that you like to enjoy in the warmth of your home while the sleet rages outside the windows. :)
