Gardelli just never disappoints!
Really excellent coffee with a distinct flavor profile, which shows anaerobic processing.
The notes of cherry and chocolate are very noticeable, the sweetness of watermelon and mango develops and becomes apparent only later and even more so after partially cooling down to a lower temperature.
An excellent coffee that I would definitely buy again and can only recommend!

Preparation method: v60
Coffee (g): 22g
Water (g): 320ml
Water temperature: 94°C
Grinder (setup): 22clicks Timemore Chestnut C2
Process: Hoffmann method
