About Harmony Coffee Roasters
The Harmony roaster was created in 2021, when Dani decided to sell his motorbike and invest in a coffee roaster with a capacity of 1 kg. What started as a hobby soon became a passion he couldn't ignore. In the same year, Dani participated in the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship organized by Aeropress and won. He repeated this success by winning the National Championship in Spain in 2021 and again in the Catalan Championship the following year. These victories inspired Dani and Agata to create the Harmony roastery, where they both immersed themselves in the study of marketing, design, social media and photography.
At Harmony, they emphasize quality and a close relationship with their partners and customers. Dani, as the founder and head roaster, is responsible for selecting the beans, roasting them, quality control and maintaining customer relations. Agata takes care of orders, social networks, web design, customer service and accounting. Their goal is to create long-term relationships and provide quality coffee with a human approach.
Harmony's philosophy is the search for harmony in the entire production chain. From fair trade with producers and importers to their work as roasters. The evolution of the brand always takes into account sustainability, the ecological footprint and the quality of the final product. The roasting philosophy is simple – they try to intervene as little as possible in the process, so that the coffee beans are free of defects and the resulting cup best expresses the character of the given coffee. They select each coffee according to its sensory profile and leave it up to us which preparation method we choose. On the menu of the roastery you will always find classic profiles, but also unique gems that awaken the senses. They are happy to share their knowledge and provide training to professionals so that they can respect the product as they do and continue to spread the coffee experience.
