For me, one of the best, if not the best coffee from the entire advent calendar (the best for the end :) I like "tea" types of coffee
Very pleasant taste of jasmine tea
Distinct floral aroma and smell of coffee both after brewing and after grinding
Light tea body
Balanced taste between acidity and sweetness
Thank you Kofio and Naughty dog, it was my 1st experience with your advent coffee calendar, a great idea that one has the opportunity to taste so many different excellent coffees and at the same time to enjoy every single day of "waiting" for Christmas. I'm looking forward to next year already :)

Coffee (g): 20.8 (whole bag from the advent calendar)
Water (g): 347
Water temperature: 100°C
Grinder (settings): 1Zpresso K-Ultra (8.2 setting)
Process: 4:6 method (Tetsu Kasuya), ratio 1:16.7, 5x69g infusions, 45s pause between infusions, total extraction time approx. 4 min. 40s.
