One of the best coffees I've ever had
Great on V60 and Aeropress
Last year it was a little better and easier to prepare. This year I'm sometimes more sour than I'd like.

Apricots, peaches - they are really there :)
Those initial negative ratings are due to a failed batch. The other one was fine. I dealt with the roaster personally and the second package was top!

terribly weak coffee, I tried to prepare it according to the shared recipe of the roastery and according to various of my own and I didn't get anything out of it
