Great taste for decaffeinated
You have to play with it more, I couldn't hit it at first. A finer grind and more coffee is needed
More coffee is needed than usual

Tasting notes are there
has a nice acidity while keeping the roundness of the chocolate
a decaf that does have an interesting character, it's worth the try !
Very juicy cup from the aeropress
need to grind much coarser to avoid stalling from origami dripper+v60 filters

Standard orientation, two paper filters.
Add the ground coffee to the AP.
Pour 50g water and stir (back and forth) until 14".
At 20" pour the rest of the water (total: 220g)
Stir 4 times and fit the plunger to prevent draw down.
At 2'45", stir 4 times and then plunge for a minute.
Final time = 3'45"

Juicy
Sharp note
Recipe
To be honest, I didn't except a lot from this coffee and was really surprise by the juiciness of it and the red fruits.

Sometimes I catch the nutella (more as aroma), and I got more juicy blackcurrant (for my recipe with filter coffee).

Hope to try more decaf from this roaster! :)

Very popular in the moms' club as a cappuccino. It is said to be much better than Kafe kafe, which I do not fully agree with. May 2024.
Also popular with women as an espresso. That is, without milk.

Very pleasant decaf. As uninteresting as decaffeinated coffees are usually, this one is pleasant.

Decaf (when I want to enjoy coffee at any time of the day)
We ordered several coffees to taste and among them this one because I don't want to give in to too much caffeine addiction. We split a random one of them and it was probably the first time I said to myself over coffee. This is exactly the taste I was looking for. We mainly drink cappuccino, it's great for that - with milk, all the notes in the label really come out, nothing beats anything else, the coffee is not over-roasted, it is smooth, slightly acidic and at the same time quite interesting in taste. But I'm still wondering if I was pleasantly surprised or disappointed that decaf had this taste. I will definitely try to look at something similar in the caffeine version. But it's great that even decaf can taste great (it was my first).
Decaf (if I want to experience the effect of caffeine after coffee)
Small package (I would take this by the ton)

Gentle acidity (I don't know if raspberry or something else like gooseberry) in the front, a pleasant nutty bitterness in the back (aftertaste) The beans smell like chocolate and maybe Nutella My first decaf: I can finally have it at half past five, nine in the evening or just before going to bed and not think about it at all. It is easy to drink, I like to have it several times in the afternoon/evening instead of tea

Unfortunately medium roast (but I see that all decaf coffees are medium roast and not too acidic/fruity). It looks quite dark, almost like some lavazza.
