Interesting creamy sweet smell
Dry, brittle beans. 2 weeks after roast date. Ground on the finest settings on my Specialita and still runs quite fast. This usually doesn’t happen with fresh coffee. May indicate the beans are old or the processing method isn’t doing the coffee any favor
Sweet, but reminiscent of industrial sugar with added flavors instead of natural fruit
32€ for 200g, too expensive for its taste

Very distinctive strawberries
One of the best in recent times
At 92C, the aroma and acidity of the coffee stand out more than at 95C, when you can feel a little bitterness
With a shorter extraction up to 2:50, it will stand out more than with a time around 3:30
Pricey but worth it.

The first days after opening, a distinct marshmellow aroma, which then turns into an aroma of strawberry candies
The acidity slightly outweighs the sweetness.
A distinctly sweet aroma
Strawberry acidity
Balanced filter
I appreciate restocking this coffee
It's worth the money
