Grinder (setting): medium (second R in the word "aeropress" on Wilfa Svart)
Process: 0" - 30 g of water (bloom), 0:45" - slowly add up to 150 g, 1:20" - start slowly adding up to 250 g, 1:40" - mix twice with a spoon, "swirl" twice (recipe according to James Hoffmann)

Very good summer limit.
Ideal for cold brew - there the sweet strawberry flavor stood out the most.
Good for a filter, but I didn't sit on my ass, I probably wouldn't buy it by the kilo.
Maybe I was expecting a very big "bomb", it didn't exceed expectations. :) But it's definitely not bad and I believe that many people will like it.

I was really looking forward to it, but I probably expected too much from the great praise.
I tried V 60, cold brew, even espresso tonic...everywhere it seemed terribly sour.....so I don't know if the problem was in the preparation. But I will never go there again

a softer version of Bomba from last year
but I'm going to buy another one anyway :-)
