About Runty Roaster
The Runty Roaster, located in Wroclaw, Poland, has been focusing on offering quality selected coffee that brings joy and satisfaction to coffee enthusiasts since 2021. It was in 2021 that Kamil, the current owner and main roaster, decided to establish this roaster and dedicate his entire life is just coffee. In the roastery, the main focus is on the careful selection and roasting of coffee beans so that the final product meets the highest modern standards. One of the main missions as a roaster is to provide all coffee lovers with a product of the best quality that best meets the demanding needs of the modern coffee lover.
The process of sourcing coffee beans starts with contacting importers or farmers directly and then ordering samples of selected coffee. Subsequently, grains with the highest potential are selected, which are then roasted. After inspection, the grains are labeled and packed. Customers can then take the purchased coffee home, brew it and enjoy it. Since its establishment in 2021, the roastery has been striving for continuous improvement, and customer feedback drives it forward.
The roastery is also constantly evolving. The owner participates in professional courses and coffee competitions, where he has achieved significant success. These include, for example, 4th place at the Dalla Corte Polish National Barista Championship in 2022 and 3rd place at the Polish Brewers Cup in 2023.
