TripDrip is the recipe for a perfect coffee experience on the go. The roasters from Candycane also enjoy going on trips, and they don’t always feel like carrying a dripper, grinder, scale, kettle, and roaster with them. For an easier, elegant solution, there are drip bags! Now you can enjoy this Brazilian coffee, processed with a extended natural fermentation method, in just a few minutes with only hot water and your favorite mug. Afterward, you can indulge in the tones of tropical fruit, pralines, and a subtle finish of milk chocolate, typical of Brazilian coffee.
Rosimeire Aparecida Guerra and her husband Carlos own the farm Sitio Vargem Grande, from which this lot comes. The 3-hectare farm is located in the Mantiqueira region in Minas Gerais. They specialize in growing Red and Yellow Catuai varieties. Rosimeire and Carlos are third-generation farmers, and they established their farm in 2009. Despite their rich heritage and dedication to the craft, Rosimeire and Carlos persist through constant challenges. Gaining access to premium coffee markets remains a constant struggle. Their goal is to build a successful, thriving farm so that their children can continue cultivating high-quality coffee.
This lot is processed using the extended natural fermentation method. The total fermentation time for the cherries is 80 hours. This processing method imparts a distinctive fruity flavor and sweetness to the coffee.
